Legalization of Migrant Workers under Covid 19: A Tale of Two Countries is the second panel of the CCSDD and BIPR joint series on Business and Human Rights in the Agri-food Industry. For this event, the CCSDD and BIPR welcome guest speakers:

 Giulia Crescini from ASGI  American Hernandez from KIND USA.

The panel will discuss policy options regarding regularization of undocumented workers in the U.S. and Italy in the wake of Covid 19. More specifically, the Seminar will focus both on the Dreamers movement in the USA and Law n. 34/2020 in Italy.
