About the Event
The occurrences in Palestine over the past few weeks, nay, the past seven and a half decades have weighed heavy on the lives of those that have been forced to flee their homes and watch loved ones suffer endless violations of their human right. In this community conversation we invite two of our classmates, Dania Ghosheh and Nour Al Hajj Sleiman, to tell their stories about the situation, giving space for lived experience and support each other. Professor Pietro De Perini, who has researched the Palestinian-Israeli relations extensively will provide the historical backdrop.
The discussion, held entirely in English, is open to the general public. *This is a safe space and we do not tolerate hate speech or victim blaming.*
