PROJECTS SUMMARIES
The Global Policy Lab is an initiative aimed at providing students with a concrete opportunity to analyze and discuss international policy and human rights issues. Through a laboratory format, participants will attend seminars with experts, simulate international negotiation, develop policy briefs, and produce concrete analyses and proposals.
The Road to Graduation is an initiative of the SET Global Network aimed at guiding high school and university students through the Italian bureaucracy and planning their academic careers for maximum success.
The Human Rights Café offers an open space for students, scholars, professionals and curious minds to explore key human rights topics through interactive discussions. The dialogue builds momentum through European connections, aiming to spark reflection, collaboration, and long-term engagement. Regular sessions are composed of one single afternoon-long event in one single city (e.g., Padova) while transnational sessions involve several cities across several European university campuses at a time. For this project, we encourage applications from the aforementioned cities, but also take into consideration applications from elsewhere to fill the roles that don't require in-person attendance at the events. Confirmed events in 2026: HRCxARQUS transnational session —> Padova, Granada, Braga (UMinho), Graz, Leipzig, Lyon (UniLyon1), Wrocław.
To be confirmed: Regular session in Geneva; Regular session in Brussels.
The Global Justice Competition is a simulation of cases in the context of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights (IACTHR), aiming to build a dynamic and inclusive competition that gives students the opportunity to build litigation skills. This new project is the result of participation in the Concours René Cassin, the prestigious moot court of the Council of Europe.

All volunteers make a €10 annual contribution that covers overhead costs such as software licenses, legal requirements, project promotion and volunteer appreciation.
