About the Event

1. Homework: A brainstorming, registration, activity which will get people reflecting on the right questions in order to better participate in the event. This information would also be useful to "match" participants with an appropriate facilitator based on their topic. Such questions as: what stage are you in? What aspect of human rights corresponds the most to your idea? Will your work be qualitative or quantitative? And further questions will be asked.

2. Introduction: The agenda for the day will be discussed, the facilitators will share a bit about themselves, and the break-out rooms will be created.

3. Break out room (groups of 10): During this part, the facilitator will evaluate the answers provided in the homework. They will encourage the student to deepen their thought process through strategic questions and open the floor to peer feedback. Everyone is expected to participate in this small breakout activity and people who feel comfortable and who have found the exercise useful will be asked to share it with the larger group in the next activity.

4. Group activity + Closing: All thirty participants will be reintroduced in the main room. The preselected top three of each group will share their thought processes with the room. The floor will be open to peers to ask questions/challenge the topic and offer resources and ideas where possible.
